Of course you can, question is, should you? Unraid requires all remaining drives to be read successfully to rebuild a failed drive, so if another drive fails, do you trust that this disk will be healthy enough to rebuild it? How good are your backups? How much do you care about your data? Only you can answer those questions, and by extension, whether you should continue to use the array as is.

If you can't figure out how to use the forum, ask. Also, there was no need to post screenshots of your plugins or the SMARTs. We can see your plugins loading in your syslog, and your syslog is included in your diagnostics along with the SMART for all drives, as well as other useful things. So, for future reference, just post your diagnostics and if we need anything else we will ask for it. SMART for all other drives looks OK for now, but jonathanm makes very good points, especially regarding your backups.
