cant connect to root server

Featured Replies

never restarted originally, just decided to check up on the root server for any updates and saw that i wasnt able to connect to the server at all. the page kept loading and wouldnt ever load. i eventually restarted my server and im seeing the same results.

Can you ping it by the IP?

If yes, how are you trying to connect to the server?

If no, are you able to connect a monitor to it and see if it's booting up properly?

was attempting to connect to it through my network http://rootservername/ which usually takes me to unRaid root server screen. I can attempt to connect to it via monitor and see whats going on

What exactly do you mean by rootserver? Is that the name you have given to your unRAID server?
