Issue post upgrade to 6.2.4

Featured Replies

Hi All

I was previously running 6.1, yesterday I upgraded to 6.2.4 using the web interface (check for updates, etc). Rebooted, and all looked fine, my main reason for upgrading was for the second parity disk. I have always kept a 'warm spare' in the chassis, that being a disk the same size as my parity disk that I can substitute into the array should any data disk, or the parity disk fail. It makes sense the assign this as my second parity disk for an extra layer of protection. After the upgrade, I logged in, but the web interface isn't letting me make any disk assignments. The disks appear in the drop down, however the page refreshes after I make the selection and the selection I make is removed. This holds true for data, parity and cache devices as you can see, there's a screen recording here:

(I previously had the 147gb disks as cache devices, I was able to unselect, which worked, but now I'm unable to add them back in.

Anyone else seen this? Slightly concerned that if I were to have a disk failure I'd be unable to substitute its replacement in.

Any advice appreciated.

Perfect, that worked, thank you. Apologies for not finding that myself, hopefully this will help someone else.

Thanks again.
