Hello Guys,

 

First-time poster here and a newbie in Unraid so wanted to clear some doubts.

 

First of all the system details:

 

Core i7 5960X

Asus Rampage V Edition 10 Motherboard

32GB of DDR4

4x GTX 1060 for now.

 

facing the usual problem of the GPU in the first slot being used exclusively by Unraid and not letting the VMs to run with it.

My brief research has led me to believe that the only way out of it is only through the use of either onboard GPU(which is impossible in this case) or use an external graphics adapter(like USB to VGA) and use that as primary graphics adaptor. |However I am unsure at this point whether it will work or not.

 

Can anyone help me out with it or guide me?
