Only 1 CPU showing in Windows 10

I have 2 VM's that im running one being a ubuntu VM which I have 4 logical CPU's being used. This VM is running fine and shows up in ubuntu as have 4 logical CPU's.

 

My Windows 10 VM however is a different story.

 

It shows up as having only 1 logical CPU and actually feels like its only running on 1 logical CPU as well.

 

Have I missed something?

Logical "Core" or Logical "CPU" CPU mean 1 cpu chip core mean the processing unit inside it
