I recently started monitoring my Unraid Eth0 traffic utilization.  For a little while it was very predictable, but for the last week or so I'm seeing a short spike of data transfer out about every 10-15 minutes. Is there any way to get a log of what's being moved?  I'd rather not go the route of Wireshark to figure it out, but I suppose that's an option.
