Win7 VM regularly shutting down

I'm trying to run a Win7 VM, and it seems that at least once a day it is shutting itself down. I've looked in the Windows even logs and don't see any shutdown events. In the unRAID log I regularly see this line:

Domain id=6 is tainted: high-privileges

Domain id=6 is tainted: host-cpu

char device redirected to /dev/pts/0 (label charserial0)

2016-12-20 04:52:29.830+0000: shutting down

I'm running an i3 and gave the VM cpus 1 and 3. That should be a physical core and its hyperthread if I followed things correctly.

Any ideas? What else do I need to look at? I see most requests for help looking at the VM xml so I have also attached that.

Thank you
