December 22, 20169 yr In the Plugins Window I'm trying to upgrade my current version 6.1.9 to 6.2.4 by clicking the upgrade button. I get the following: plugin: updating: unRAIDServer.plg plugin: downloading: https://s3.amazonaws.com/dnld.lime-technology.com/stable/unRAIDServer-6.2.4-x86_64.zip ... done plugin: downloading: https://s3.amazonaws.com/dnld.lime-technology.com/stable/unRAIDServer-6.2.4-x86_64.md5 ... done Archive: /tmp/unRAIDServer.zip inflating: /tmp/unRAIDServer/bzimage inflating: /tmp/unRAIDServer/bzroot inflating: /tmp/unRAIDServer/bzroot-gui unzip error 0 plugin: run failed: /bin/bash retval: 1 I had a look at the system log but no errors there. What can I do to do the upgrade?
December 22, 20169 yr Community Expert Two things to have a look at: First, how much free space you you have on your Flash Drive? Second, how much memory do you have in your server? You have to have enough space to be able to perform the unzipping of the download... To get around this issue, as I recall, you can simply download the zip file to your PC and unzip it there. Then copy over bzimage and bzroot to the Flash Drive overwriting the existing files. Then reboot you server.
December 22, 20169 yr Author There's just under 8Gb of space left on the Flash Drive, it's a 8Gb Flash Drive with just the unRAID stuff on it and nothing else. Have 1Gb of ram on the server. I've tried what you suggested on copying and overwriting the "bzimage" and "bzroot" files. That worked and is now showing version 6.2.4. Thanks for your help.
December 22, 20169 yr There's a note in the Additional Upgrade Advice about upgrading with only 1GB of RAM. The note links to some extra detail.
