Moving files between unassigned and assigned devices via plugin?

Hi all,

 

I am looking for a more convenient solution to copy files directly between my assigned devices/shares and my external USB devices (mounted via the great "unassigned devices" plugin)

 

At the moment I am using any of the 2 options:

a) using my windows desktop pc to copy & paste files which will produce a lot of extra network traffic and my desktop pc has to stay up

b) using a telnet connection & file commander or similar tools

 

 

how do you move files internally in unraid?

    From unassigned drive to the unRAID Drive --> MC via SSH (could also be done with an script and the Plugin User Scripts)

    From an array drive to another drive in the array --> unbalance Plugin
