Keyboard does not respond properly after updating to latest version

Featured Replies

Howdy. I'm going to begin with my hopes that you will all forgive my general ignorance. I decided for whatever reason to finally upgrade from 6.1.3 this morning. All seemed well until booting up my two VM's, immediately noticing that when at the screen to choose whether to go to windows repair or start windows normally, neither of my keyboards would not respond. Of course they would go to windows repair, and from there they would work. I spent a couple hours trying to figure this out on my own, but finally ended up getting a new USB flash drive and rolling back to 6.1.3 on that; everything was peachy once more. Any chance someone can help me resolve this? I would like to eventually be able to upgrade to the newest version.

You are coming a LONG way up the upgrade path.  Plus, you never did tell us what upgrade version you were attempting to install.  Did you read the first post of all of the various releases between 6.1.3 and whatever version you tried?  Particularly, the first two posts of version 6.2 (Link below):

Also attaching the diagnostics file will give the Gurus a chance at locating the problem.
