No GUI after after upgrade from 6.1 to 6.2 but shares are available

This is my second attempt to upgrade to 6.2 and in both attempts the Unraid gui is not available after reboot.  The shares are accessible but the gui is not and the dockers do not start.  Last time I just rolled back but this time I would love to resolve the issue and stay on 6.2.  Has anyone run into this?

    Looks like you might have some incompatible or outdated plugins.  Please try booting in 'safe mode' and see if webGui comes up.

    The GUI is now working.  Took a really long time to come up.  Most of my dockers are missing though.  Any idea why some would go away?

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
