Dashboard/Main Array Drive List Disappeared (and more...)?

Featured Replies

Hi all.

Suddenly, the following items have stopped working:

- drive statistics in dashboard

- system status in dashboard

- array devices in main page

- array operation in main page (in fact, all data that should populate in the main page)

- confirmations of any options that are changed.  They take, but I need to refresh the GUI.

- all disk and system stats blank

Shares are ok and all disks/shares are accessible.  Dockers working.

I can't pull a diagnostics either.  The save file requester never pops up.

I have at least copied a syslog pulled from the viewer.

It is almost like the subsystem is getting hung up on some kind of data fetch in the background and blocking any lists from populating.

I even went back to a backup of my entire flash config from yesterday and a few days ago...same thing.

Assuming even a drive is wonky somehow, why wouldn't the data at least show?

Thinking it was perhaps a plugin that is misbehaving, I uninstalled a few that updated in the last day or so...nothing either.

??

Kev.

Hi Squid...

You jogged something with your comment.  I tried all the browsers with adblocks on/off on my PC...same thing.

Tried from my cell phone and the data appeared.

A big of digging revealed a proxy that somehow turned on in my PC.  Must have come on as part of a spyware/malware scan thing that I have.  Disabled it and it is fine again...:-)

Thx!

Kev.
