Active Streams indicate hack?

I'm looking at the Dynamix Active Streams plugin and noticing an unrecognized IP Address.

Its a Redmond IP (Microsoft?). How can I determine which app has this connection created?

Im sure there are tools to test whats going out, but try turning off one at a time and see if the connection drops.
