January 21, 20179 yr A Celeron 440 absolutely IS 64-bit capable. It does NOT support vt-d or vt-x (hardware virtualization) ... but those are not required for v6, so it's still not clear why your system won't boot to v6. In any event, as I noted earlier, I'd just leave well enough alone
