The last week Web ui has become unresponsive, i get the error message connection refused. Dockers still works and i can access all the shares. I've rebooted the server three times, done a new parity check, only to wake up the next morning and see that the same error has occurred again.

 

I exhanged the controller card and added two disks last week, everything went smoot with the ugrade and seemed to be working fine.

By ip, tried different browsers with same result. Checked static ip in router, no conflictions.

I would bet that those sgefaults are at the source of your problem.  I am not really sure what php is doing but apparently it is a scripting language and I think it is a standard part of unRAID.  If no one else has an idea, I would start with a memtst...
