BUT before you do that, why don't post exactly what the reason is that you have to be able to read the disk outside of the server? There are a lot of data recovery tools built into unRAID for disk repair for the file systems that are used by it...
January 21, 20179 yr Community Expert Easiest way is using a ubuntu live pen or similar. For windows depends on the file system used, there's an reiserfs reader, AFAIK there are no xfs/btrfs readers.
