HD Monitor - HDsensors - fakeSMC - GPU fans and temp

can anyone give me an advice of how to configure the above in my Sierra VM?

I am not sure if this is at all possible even in the unRAID OSX VM...

Generally I am at the stage that I have GPU, USB-pci board passthrough and I didnt notice any issues (accept I had twice in the last month, a total Unraid freeze and had to hard reset. I am running the troubleshooting mode of "fix common prob" addon till the next time..)

I wanted to see if I can get the GPU (MSI RX480 Gaming X 8G) temperatures readings and control the fan (maybe).

It bothers me that in no stress mode the fans start spinning and stop after 2 sec and this repeats itself all the time)

So far, i tried to install the HD monitor. and see that I have the FakeSMC.kext installed.

installed the HDsensors package 6.23.1417 which is the one that lets the HWMonitor to start.  the latest 6.24.1421 didnt work.

I see some HD temps and SMART data. dont really understand what it means as its a VM disk!?

I see the battery status of the BT connected keyboard and trackpad.

but no other GPU/CPU sensors...

I'am not clear if using the HDsensors pkg is the right way to go.

please advise

anyone pls?

Did you ever got this to work ? Have the same issue.  I was thinking that if the GPU is passed thru it should not matter if its in  a VM or not for the sensors , but aparantly it is different.

For my classic hackintosh it works fine, but cant get this VM to show up. GPU temp is what i need and ideally also freq (to detect throttling) , bit temp is most important to see if my cooling works etc.
