[SOLVED] Plugin messup - can't properly install/remove a plugin

I installed a plugin and removed it.  Then decided I should us it again, so I installed it again.

 

Now, I really, really don't want it but I don't see it in the Plugins list to remove -- however, it's still installed (i.e. it's a Settings app and it's still in Settings).

 

How would I remove it?

    remove the .plg from config/plugins on the flash drive and reboot

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.

    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
