i use docker with plexmediacenter , CouchPotato, transmission

my problem is after i install some plugins like  (CA Fix Common Problems ,  and some from Dynamix - V6 Plugins and the Community Applications) my disk1 and disk2 reads every day all the data its take around 5-6hours and its use my 20% of cpu without from me doing anything. i dont know why it reads the data.

any idea ?

thank you.

Plex and CP both can be set to rescan your media libraries daily

I have disabled this in both.

i thing this read of the disk its from a plugin but i cant find anything that it needs to use the disk to read for 5hour +

its like it doing a check in the disk1 and disk2 it reads all the 3tb of data in each disk and take the time like its doing a parity check,
