ZataH
As I have complained about in this thread: http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=55911.0 I would like an option to show the actual disk sizes, instead of what the manufactor tells you the disk is. It is annoying to see I have all this extra space, that I actually dont have. Quote Link to comment
gubbgnutten
What you want is a setting to switch between base-2 and base-10 units. Maybe rephrase the request? Quote Link to comment

I am not familiar with that expression. If you are not sure about what I want, se the thread I linked Computers have always considered 1KB = 2^10 (1024) bytes; disk drive manufacturers consider 1KB = 1000 bytes. That's why computers generally (but NOT always) display the size of disks using the 1024 bytes/KB measurement. There's nothing "WRONG" with the way UnRAID does it -- they're just displaying the size using the same measurement unit that the disk makers use. It's no different than switching your speedometer from MPH to KPH ... you're just using a different measurement unit. Quote Link to comment
