January 25, 20179 yr I'm a huge noob with VPN so any help is greatly appreciated. Basically I only want some devices on the network to be behind VPN so can't do a blanket router set up. I'm considering setting up a VM with VPN connection, e.g. to PIA. Then I would route traffics of some devices on the network through this dedicated VM by changing the default gateway of said devices to the IP of the VM. Would that work? Is there any better way e.g. using docker?
January 25, 20179 yr Author Use the DelugeVPN docker and enable PRIVOXY Sorry for the noobie question. I guess I need to set my browser to use Privoxy as proxy (e.g. 192.168.1.xxx:8118) whenever I need to use VPN (basically leveraging on the docker having OpenVPN)? And not use the proxy if I don't need VPN. Is that right?
January 27, 20179 yr If you dont want to do this on your router. Why not just install the PIA client?
