[6.3-rc6] deleting a plugin does not remove files from /tmp/plugin

Featured Replies

Description: Removing a plugin does not remove the plugin files from the /tmp/plugins directory.

How to reproduce: Remove a plugin.

Expected results: The plugin files would be removed from /tmp/plugins.

Actual results: Plugin files not removed from /tmp/plugins.

Other information: This confuses ca auto update.  I get an update notification on the removed plugin.

Never mind.  I think I got it wrong.

lol  Same thing I was thinking since CA AutoUpdate only checks what's actually installed via /var/log/plugins

Yup, /tmp/plugins is used as a temporary storage when the plugin manager is checking for updates and needs to make a version comparison.

Installed plugins are under /var/log/plugins.
