January 30, 20179 yr Wouldn't be a bad idea. You may/may not have a module that's actually failed -- this could have been a random bit error (which happens with all memory), or it could be a module that's actually failed. If you don't see more errors that's likely what it was ... but it certainly wouldn't hurt to force a good test by running MemTest for a few hours.
