February 7, 20179 yr Hello all! I'm still getting used to UNRAID so I'm trying to figure this one out. I have an SSD that is acting as my cache drive. I'm in the process of moving a bunch of stuff from my old server so it's working a lot. I restarted and added another SSD drive and when it came up the original SSD cache drive is now suddenly unassigned. I know it's the cache drive because I can browse it with "Unassigned Devices" and i see a bunch of the files that I dragged there that mover had not yet moved to the array. Is this normal? Is there a way I can add this drive back as a cache drive without losing my progress with moving files? Also, can I add another cache drive without losing what's on the current cache drive? Thanks so much!
February 7, 20179 yr It seems to be a common problem at the moment. Have you tried a different browser to assign the cache disks?
February 7, 20179 yr Author I can assign it, I'm just worried it'll format it and I'll lose everything I transferred
