Can OpenVPN Client and OpenVPN Server be used at the same time?

I thought I saw an answer to this somewhere but I can't find it anymore.

 

Can the OpenVPN Client be running and connected to a VPN and still allow incoming OpenVPN Server connections to the unRAID's network?

    The only way I can think of is to have 2 VMs.

    I recommend to use the Server plugin and run client in the docker. like binhex-sabnzbdvpn, binhex-rtorrentvpn
