I have unRaid on a HP Microserver N36L.

 

I have put 5 HDDs in and ran the preclear plugin.

 

On going to bed last night the preclear was still running but this morning not much progress has been made since, the counters next to the preclear operation are not counting up and the CPU usage under the dashboard is just showing 100%

 

The HDD light on the server is still lit and I can hear the hard drives working.

 

Any ideas?
