Featured Replies

Since upgrading to 6.3.1 I am seeing this error every minute in the log, any ideas whats causing it?

It's likely to be a plugin that needs updating. See this discussion.

Nope, updated all my plugins and checked that dockers are all up to date, its still occurring every minute in the log.

Did you delete the

/boot/config/plugins/dynamix.plg

file from your boot flash?

Yours are clearly referencing plugins that you should update though, unassigned devices and the preclear plugin should be updated. Or uninstalled and reinstalled.

I have done exactly this... and they still are producing errors in the log.

Removed, and, reinstalled.

No I haven't deleted anything from the flash, should I?

Yes. It's an old beta and it causes problems. It's mentioned a few times in the release thread.

Since upgrading to 6.3.1 I am also seeing this error every minute:

> root: error: webGui/include/Notify.php: missing csrf_token

I'm not getting any other csrf_token errors.

I did have the /boot/config/plugins/dynamix.plg file present, which I've since deleted and re-booted server. The issue still persists.

I've checked all my Dockers and Plugins are up to date.

Any suggestions? I can (of course) post diagnostics here once I'm at home in front of the server.

Make sure all plugins are up to date and read the 6.3.1 and 6.3.0 release threads.

No, you're not experiencing the same, "missing csrf_token" and "wrong csrf_token" are completely different things. You probably have a web browser active somewhere with a stale web ui. Close or reload it/them.

Make sure all plugins are up to date and read the 6.3.1 and 6.3.0 release threads.

Thanks. I've checked both these thread and previously had checked all plugins were up to date, after reading about those with similar issues.

I've attached diagnostics in case any kind soul is able to figure out where they're coming from.

So is their a resolution for this error that appears every minute in my log? What's interesting is that out of the three unRAID servers I have, all running 6.3.1, only my 'monster' server is experiencing this error, unless its docker related this this server is the only one running dockers.

webGui/include/Notify.php: missing csrf_token

This is the same issue as ashman70 is seeing:

Feb 14 23:07:34 Tower root: error: webGui/include/Notify.php: missing csrf_token

Try the following, see settings -> notification settings:

Disable system notifications <apply>

Enable system notifications <apply>

Nope, still getting the error every minute.

When you keep system notifications disabled, does the error stop as well?

  • Author

No the error continues with system notifications disabled.

My suspicion is that a background process calls Notify every minute, but it is none of the scheduled tasks you listed.

I wonder what it is about my system that is causing it, my other two systems don't have this problem and either do a lot of people seem to have it. I have an IPMI plugin, do you suppose that could have something to do with it?

You could uninstall it temporarily to see if it makes a difference.
