What is this one?

Statistics

If it's different from the already mentioned Dynamix System Statistics it might be a suspect.

Try removing the server layout plugin. As far as I know it hasn't been updated for 6.3

Thanks everyone! Been trying to find the cause of these messages for a bit now but could not figure out what the heck was running every so often that would cause these errors.

Anyway, while I did not have Margarita installed on my Mac, I DID have MargaritaToGo on my iPhone. As soon as I opened it, errors immediately appeared in the log (bottom of screenshot). Appreciate the help tracking this down, will track this thread to see what the resolution is.

I experienced the same error in my syslog after a server reboot. It was driving me nuts.

Then I found out that I had some browser tabs open on a different computer showing the unRAID main page and the preclear disk page from before the reboot. When I closed these tabs, the errors stopped appearing in my log.

No, you're not experiencing the same, "missing csrf_token" and "wrong csrf_token" are completely different things. You probably have a web browser active somewhere with a stale web ui. Close or reload it/them.

I just experienced this 'wrong csrf_token' when I rebooted today and had several browser windows opened.  The Web GUI reconnected to the server after the reboot completed.  I thought it was pretty cool that it did, until I saw all the wrong csrf_token messages.  Closing the browser solved the problem obviously, but my simple question is why does this happen?  Is it a security issue?

The entry in the unRaid FAQ dealing with csrf has a link explaining what they are and the security implications

SSD is dropping offline, then it was reconnected with a different identifier, hence the duplicate UUID error:

Check/replace cables or better yet connect it to the onboard SATA ports, as a bonus you'll be able to trim it.
