February 11, 20179 yr Hi Guys, May be a simple one but I received a new router and can no longer connect to the server as the subnet is different. I've set a new static IP but how can I connect via hostname with this new static IP? THanks
February 11, 20179 yr When you say "connect" do you mean to the http://tower/ webGUI or to a network share? There are a few tips in this thread. Especially important is the order in which you power things up and give time for your server to be elected the master browser. Install the plugin mentioned and watch for the little Yoda head to appear just to the left of the word Server in the top right-hand corner of the GUI.

I used to connect via http://server/ or 192.168.0.10 but now my server is on an IP address of 10.0.0.10. I can currently connect using 10.0.0.10 but not http://server anymore.
