Sorry for the trouble. Not sure what DUP is. Didn't see it on quick scan of thread.

 

If you have backups you should not be but so worried. But definitely gonna be a handful to diagnose and fix.

 

With ECC memory your chances of a memory issue are quite small. But if the memtest crashes, that will tell you a lot.
