im running unRaid 6.3.1

 

all my Docker Apps are located on disc 1 like PLEX, PlexPy, Owncloud etc.

Owncloud Files on the other hand are on the whole array.

But all my disks are running 24/7.

 

i thought all other discs, which are not in use would spin down, but all are running everytime.

Am i doing something wrong?

did you enable turbo write?

 

did you set a spin down timer?

I've had issues in the past where a newly added array disk would spin forever despite being configured to use the default spindown value. A reboot cleared it. Haven't had that happen recently, though. 6.3.1 is very new, so remotely possible you have found a problem.
