February 12, 20179 yr Title says it all. The last two nights, two days after updating from 6.2.x, my system has frozen in the middle of the night. Went to bed at 3am, and all was well. Woke up like normal around 11am, and I was unable to access my unRAID mount. Had to do a hard reset as the webui was down as well. Any known issues regarding this, any particular logs I can post ? And is there a way to roll back to my pervious version?
February 12, 20179 yr What you want to do is install the Fix Common Problems app which you can find in Community Applications. Put it in troubleshooting mode where it will write logs to the flash drive and wait and see if your server crashes again. In the meantime you can go to Tools/Diagnostics and post your logs, there may not be much there since you rebooted but you never know. There is a very easy way to roll back to the previous version. You may also want to tell us about the hardware in your system. Do you have a Supermicro motherboard?
February 12, 20179 yr Author Thanks for the tip on the app. I have it, and I will turn on troubleshooting mode tonight before I sleep. My motherboard is a Micro-ATX Gigabyte board with an AMD A8. Sorry, I don't have all the model #s right now, but I can get them. EDIT; Also, pretty sure I was on 6.2.x rather than 6.1.x.
