February 13, 20179 yr You have no BTRFS formatted disks but you probably have a docker.img, which is BTRFS formatted. It's almost certainly easier to delete it, re-create it and download your containers again than to try and repair it. http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=38323.0 If you have Community Applications installed you can select Previous Apps to re-download your containers instead of step 2.
February 15, 20179 yr Author Thanks John. Yes I think that explains it as I added a new cache drive and moved my docker image from another disk (which must have been btrfs) So I will delete docker image and start new docker from scratch.
