I keep getting this pop up when I login my unraid server.  Anyone know if this is part of the OS?

    It isn't part of the OS. It's a separate plugin that's associated with the Preclear plugin with the purpose of collecting anonymous statistics about the use of that plugin. It's use is optional and you can read the discussion about it starting here.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
