Planning on only playing less cpu intensive games like star wars battlefront, indie co-op games, cs go, battlefield, plants vs zombies etc.
February 16, 20179 yr Probably not ideal because the 6600k only has 4 cores. Gaming VMs tend to like dedicated cores and you need to leave some horsepower for unRAID.
February 19, 20179 yr As a minimum you'd want four threads per gaming VM plus another two to four for unRAID. So 4+4+2=10/2=5. Round up to 6 cores with HT. Something like a 6800K.
