Web GUI dog slow.....

I recently upgraded to 6.3.1 and the web GUI has become dog slow.  You click on any tab at the top and I wait 60 seconds before it refreshes to the next page.  I saw that 6.3.2 was available this morning so I tried upgrading to that and still it is dog slow.   

 

Here are the machine stats so this is not the problem.

ASRock - 970M Pro3

AMD FX-8320E Eight Core @ 3200

8 GIG Memory
