Still getting it with 6.3.3.  Looks to be when its syncing the CPUs?

Update to a Beta firmware fixed this for me. Latest release firmware had buggy Broadwell support.

I'm having this issue, hopeing a firmware update will fix it but can't seem to locate this beta version. You have a link?
