Mounting SAMBA share as main storage device on Centos?

I'm interested in running a web server / web based file storage using CentOS and storing the site files / mysql database on the unraid share (performance not too important). Anyone have any tips? I was thinking of mounting the SAMBA share using AutoFS or is there a better method? This is only for internal usage.
