IRQ 19 was disabled. It's used by a USB controller so it might be worth trying your boot device in a different socket.

 

You might look to see if there's a newer BIOS. Yours dates from 2011.

 

Also disk WDC_WD4500HLHX-01JJPV0_WD-WXG1C30R1823 has a cable problem. The controller keeps resetting the link.

    Thanks. I'll be redoing cables this weekend any way since I got a new SATA controller. the WDC4500 is my cache drive.
