Can I boot unraid to test motherboard compatability without formatting disks?

I want to test Unraid to see if it will boot and recognize drives with my nVidia nForce3 Ultra based motherboard.  Can I safely boot Unraid to see if everything comes up OK without actually formatting the drives and wiping out my existing Windows system?

    Yes, but don't click 'Format', and don't click 'Start' if you assign one of the hard drives to parity.
