I'm using a 6 HDD array (ReiserFS) + 1 parity in unRAID 6.3.2 without plugins or dockers.

Can I shutdown and replace the unRAID 6.3.2 USB with unRAID 5.0.5 USB, then assign the same slots and parity?

I plan to use my unRAID 6.3.2 USB for a new system in the future.

    Should be no problem, but why not upgrade the v5 stick up to 6.3?  Upgrades are free.
