First, if you have a running 6.1.9, stop the array and copy all of the files to a folder on another computer.  Do the upgrade to 6.3.2 and reboot with a keyboard and monitor attached.  While the system is booting, watch what happens and tell us where is it hanging.  And take a picture of the monitor screen.  Make sure that is in focus, not blurred and no big flash burst that hides the text.  (Taking a lot of pictures. looking to see that you got some good ones before shutting down and  pick the best one to upload!)

The server has booted.  (However, I can see what I think are some errors...)   Now login to the server and type  diagnostics at the command prompt.  That will write the Diagnostics Zip file to your Flash Drive.  Upload that file with your next post.

Try using   http://10.0.0.20/   on the URL of your browser.

If that doesn't work. I would be suspecting that two devices on your network are sharing the same address (10.0.0.20).  Check on the connected devices table on your router and make sure that you have 'reserved' this address for the exclusive use of your server.

Thank you for the quick reply, think i have found the problem. After the upgrade my NIC is dead I re installed 6.1.9 and my NIC is fine but once i did the upgrade it's dead again.

02:00.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation 82574L Gigabit Network Connection (FAULTY NOT WORKING)
03:00.0 Ethernet controller: Broadcom Corporation NetXtreme BCM5723 Gigabit Ethernet PCIe (rev 10) (WORKING ONE)

How would i be able to fix that if possible

Thanks

Try one thing.  Plug your cat5 cable into the other RJ45 socket on your motherboard.

IF that doesn't work post up what your hardware setup is.  Make sure that  you post all of the complete model number on your MB.

EDIT:  Here is the reason why:

I believe there is a way to force the Intel NIC to become the assigned one but I don't know how.
