Like the title says looking for a Dupe Checker that will run in UNRAID prefer plugin but a docker image would do. Or if there is a file manager (I need to try out krusader) with plugin support would work also.

There is or there was a script on here that identified Dupe files. I've been trying to search for it, but I haven't found it yet. I have it on my own machine and it works pretty well.
