Need a good backup utility

Can someone recommend a good software to run backups?

 

I have been trying to get Cobian Backup to work, but it does not do what i want it to. Namely, copy the files that have been changed or added from the destination folder to the source folder. This includes subdirectories in the source.

    I've been using ACronis TrueImage v10 to back up various PCs around the house to my UnRaid.  Using a boot CD created from the Acronis CD I can even back up our various Linux machines onto the UnRaid.  I have successfully restored them using the same BootCD.
