Description: After ugrading to 6.3.2 steam has problems connection to VAC. While playing the client in games that uses VAC gets disconnected from the server, and is unable to join again.

The issue tends to occur after the initial connection(joining a game), after like 20 minutes or so. 

How to reproduce: Play Steam game like CS:GO on a Win 10 VM on Unraid [6.3.2]
