March 3, 20179 yr I'm looking for a docker that allows me to share the data i have in a specific folder already over a platform where a user can log in and download that data. I've seen Nextcloud and Owncloud but those seem to create new shares which i do not want. does such a docker exist? i also do not want to mess with VPN.
March 3, 20179 yr Community Expert Nextcloud and Owncloud are solutions for hosting your own cloud. There is a dropbox container if you are willing to let dropbox be the host.

Not out of the box, but you can install a plugin (nextcloud, not unraid) to allow that. https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/9/admin_manual/configuration_files/external_storage_configuration_gui.html
