Windows 10 VM - assign Optical Drives

Featured Replies

Try as I may I cannot get my optical drives assigned to a Windows 10 VM.

Using some old posts I was able to get ONE drive working once but subsequent recabling of my drives to add the second optical and further messing with the XML code has left me with no optical drive no matter how hard I try.

Can someome take a look at my system/settings and point me in a direction to try?

Is it even possible to have TWO optical drives assigned to a VM?

Here is my mainboard Groups:

The VM runs good and attached is my device manager screenshot showing a scsi adapter but no optical device.

This is all new to me and I would appreciate any help or comments I can get.

Thanks,

Dwight
