That's odd that Plex can do that from a docker. I have an esxi VM but unraid still has 8GB of RAM for itself. Can't imagine Plex using more than that. Quote Link to comment

What you might consider doing is limiting the max memory that Plex can use. Check out the docker FAQ for a post about that. Quote Link to comment
