No user shares in WebUI since 6.3.x

Featured Replies

I didn't look on the Web UI Shares page for a long time.

All disk shares are shown but no user shares. The global setting (Use user shares) is set. The config/shares folder on the flash has all the user shares. My Windows and Android clients see the user shares. The Web UI doesn't show them.

What's happening?

Diagnostics attached. Many thanks in advance.

If you have an adblocker installed, white list the server

Also, I recommend turning off Disk Shares. You can lose data if you mix User Shares and Disk Shares when copying or moving. Proper settings of individual User Shares gives you all the control you need without using Disk Shares.

Using unRAID since nearly 9 years now. Mixing user shares and disk shares is no problem.

Why whitelist the server? I do see the rest of the page. The disk shares are there. What's the difference with user shares?

~version 6.whatever ad blockers started thinking that some of the tables used in the webUI were ads.  Never affected myself, but known problem...

The problem can be avoided if you are aware of it and don't do certain things (and none of your other users do either).
