zarfx4
So. It happened again. Haven't been doing much on my system since I last rebooted it. Tried to log into the GUI this evening and got nothing. Some of my dockers were accessible but some were. It. This time I was able to get a log dump. Tried to reboot/power down via the console but got no response. Anyone see anything? I'm at a loss. tower-diagnostics-20170305-2246.zip Quote Link to comment
Trebron74
Same for me. For an unknown reason (Nothing changed beside update to 6.3.2 some days back) the server become unresponsive (Web GUI and Shares). I can still use the SSH connection so. Is there any command to restart the web server or get diagnostics data? Shutdown -rF does not do the reboot (waited 1 hour and hard rebooted ending up in Parity scan) Quote Link to comment
zarfx4
You can log into console and type diagnostics and it will dump a zip file to you flash drive logs folder. Do that before you force a reboot. Quote Link to comment
zarfx4
Any other ideas from the logs anyone see's? Quote Link to comment
phbigred
Something to try, boot in safe mode if you can live without plugins and dockers for a bit and see if it locks up. Could be a plugin or docker locking up the OS. I had some oddities with one of the 6.3 RCs that I never got nailed down but it could be RAM or something too. The safe mode would be something to try until the moderators chime in. If you have install the fix common problems plugin and turn on troubleshooting mode to capture a log before it dies as well. mos65xx
Only thing i see is conflict on one of your plugins trying to remove/clean dir's that arent empty Quote Link to comment
zarfx4
What did you see that showed a plugin clearing a dir. I'm assuming this could be a docket as well? Quote Link to comment
